Blog Post #8- Thinking about actors

 Since filming has not begun, I have not quite thought about my actors. However, I have a few ideas. 

For my female leads I plan to use:

Left: Chelsey Rivera (20 years old)

Right: Mia Robinson (17 years old)

These are the two females I used in my film last year and they did not let me down. They did a good job when it came to cooperating, time management, focusing and portraying the intended meaning. I enjoy the way they work and the way they treat me that I could not imagine any other female leads. In my film, I am signifying age gap between my two characters which is perfect since there is a real life age gap between the two. The people I plan to cast as their younger selves have similar characteristics that it works out perfectly. 

For my male leads (if necessary) I plan to use: 

Far left: Noah Burchard (17 years old)

Far right: Ethan Rubin (17 years old)

While I am not 100% sure if I would like to use male figures in my film, if I do I would use these two men. These are two of my closest friends who have shown up for me time after time and I fully trust them. I have used them for past media studies assignments before and they did a well job at performing. They know how to stay in character and listen well. 

Since filming is still a ways away, there can be changes made. However, as of right now I could not think of a more perfect cast for my short film.
